ROCHESTER FAMILY HOME

This contemporary farmhouse set on a beautiful hillside property in Rochester is the new home for a young and growing family. The clients engaged Premier Artisan (Dan Fitzpatrick) for a design build home completed in 2020. Chora Studios joined the team during construction assisting with external palette and details, material selections, and internal details. Chora Studios was also engaged in the space layout and furniture specification package to which the install is underway.
